The Testaments, Margaret Atwood's 2019 Booker prize winning sequel to The Handmaid's Tale, is also partly set in Gilead.
Marilynne Robinson's 2004 novel Gilead is set in the real–life Iowa town of the same name.
Gilead is also the name of three persons and two places in the Bible.
The last two are red herrings, but The Testaments should have been allowed as an alternative answer.
